Once upon a time, God created eye cream. And S/He said, "it was good."But we didn’t. At least, not good enough. After all, all eyes are not created equal; there isn’t just one "issue" when it comes to the delicate skin around the eyes. The windows to the soul they may be, but our eyes can have crinkles, wrinkles, sags, bags, redness and bedness. So what’s a boy-or girl-to do?
